As wellness continues to evolve, FitPros is dedicated to providing you with new and relevant topics and activities for your employees. Find out what’s new this month:

Follow alongside an experienced bartender as you learn how to create four unique wintertime cocktails, each with its own specialty garnish or rim. You’ll learn techniques like smoking rosemary sprigs and creating fresh foam
for your cocktails. We’ll even integrate the whole nutmeg!

• “Use Your Noggin” our version of boozy and foamy egg nog, with fresh nutmeg • “The Nice List” is a chocolate and coffee martini that’s so good it’s almost naughty!

The grocery list and recipes for the holiday-themed dishes will be shared in advance.

Health Talks
