Solidarity with Ukraine: What’s your role in

social justice?


It’s difficult to grasp the rapidly changing events unfolding in Ukraine. Watching from a distance and not knowing how to help is distressing. Everybody has a role to play in the social justice movement. In this session, participants become familiar with the different roles in the social change ecosystem––from disrupters, to guides, to storytellers, and many more––and identify which of these roles match their skill set, experience, and temperament. The session explores practical applications for each role in various professional, social, and cultural contexts.





Restorative Yoga for Healing


The constant flow of devastating updates from Ukraine can affect both mental and physical health. Restorative yoga is a therapeutic and calming form of yoga; its purpose is to relieve the body of stress and disease, promote relaxation, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Move and breathe together during this vulnerable time.





Stress and Anxiety Release Meditation


The terrifying grip of anxiety is debilitating, and the feeling of powerlessness in the wake of the crisis in Ukraine is exacerbating these emotions. This meditation helps participants come together, and relieves the feelings of isolation brought on by anxiety.
