A few days before your event, we’ll send you a beautiful box of premium ingredients—premeasured!—along with each Chef's recipes. Our Virtual Kitchen Assistant will help your group set up their tech and kitchens, and assist throughout the class, so everyone can focus on a relaxing, fun gathering.



Pad Thai & Bananas in Coconut

Join Chef Rachael as she welcomes you to her Chiang Mai Kitchen in Thailand. Through our Zoom platform, she will cook right alongside you, guiding you through a full menu of her favorite Thai classics. Start with a traditional homemade Pad thai perfectly balanced—sweet and sour, chewy, and with a hint of peanut crunch. You’ll learn how fun it is to make your favorite take-out dish right at home full of flavorful prawns and as many “stars“ as you want. For dessert, a fragrant marriage of bananas, coconut, and roasted sesame.




Red Curry Salmon with Rice & Thai Sweet Iced Tea

Transport yourself to Thailand as Chef Rachael welcomes you to her kitchen in Chiang Mai. She’ll guide you through a favorite Thai menu of Red Curry Salmon. First, you’ll learn the secrets of making a fragrant red curry paste from scratch—you get to decide how many stars! Then you’ll cook your salmon gently in a coconut red curry sauce for a colorful, elegant meal. You’ll steam jasmine rice to soak up your sauce. Then Chef Rachael will share her favorite way to make that classic dessert-masquerading-as-beverage": Thai Sweet Iced Tea.




Chettinad Chicken Curry & Lemon Rice

Chef Neha will welcome you to her kitchen in New Delhi, India. Through our Zoom platform, she will cook right alongside you, guiding you through a menu that shows off south Indian cooking. Coconut is a staple throughout this region, and you will begin with Chettinad chicken. You’ll learn not only to add flavor with spice combinations at the beginning of a dish but afterward, too, in a “tempering.” And because you are cooking a southern Indian meal, basmati rice is what you’ll use to soak up the flavorful sauce.




Chicken Korma & Parantha

Join Chef Neha from her kitchen in New Delhi, India. Through our Zoom platform, she will cook right alongside, guiding you through a menu that celebrates north Indian cooking. Dairy and bread are staples in this region, and you will begin with a chicken dish that merges cashews and almonds for a creamy curry. Then you’ll learn the griddle secrets of parantha, one of the many delicious Indian breads that soak up all the meal’s flavorful sauces.




Teriyaki Chicken & Gomae

Chef Mayuko will welcome you from her kitchen in Tokyo, Japan. Through our Zoom platform, she will cook alongside you, guiding you through this classic menu of Japanese favorites. Your goma-ae dish is an illustration of the power and versatility of sesame to transform vegetables. Then learn the secret ratios of a perfectly balanced teriyaki glaze.



Maki Sushi Rolls & Miso Soup

Join Chef Mayuko from her kitchen in Tokyo, Japan. Through our Zoom platform, she will cook alongside you, guiding you in the art of sushi-making. You’ll create a traditional maki roll and an inside-out roll. You may choose either smoked salmon or kanikama (crab stick) for your group. Chef Mayuko’s Miso soup begins with a traditional dashi broth made from scratch and is studded with enoki mushrooms and tofu.
