Ingredients:
8oz coffee
1 C plant milk
1/4 tsp stevia or 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice ½ tsp vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Zesty Pumpkin and White Bean Hummus

2/3 C canned unsweetened pumpkin
15oz can white beans, drained
2Tbsp tahini
